Per Standards for Access to Electronic Court Records, Florida law restricts access to some cases, documents, and information based on the record and the user's access level. In addition, not all court progress dockets will have electronic case records available for viewing online. If you are unable to locate or view copies of court documents online, refer to the Records Request page.
